Hardy to Zone 5 this apple is famous for cider production, either fresh or fermented. Originally grown in Essex County, NJ this apple bears an enjoyable tang and pineapple ester. Approximate ripening week: Third week of October

Very Hardy, Semi-Standard Rootstock with red leaves and wood. Will grow to 80-90% of a standard tree or roughly 20ft. We use this rootstock because it produces trees that will be actual trees and importantly should grow taller than the deer can reach.
